Aldar headquarters building is the first circular building of its kind in the Middle East. It is located in the Al Raha beach area of Abu Dhabi in UAE. The distinctive building was voted the “Best Futuristic Design” by The Building Exchange (BEX) Conference held in Spain. The shape of this building is achieved through the use of structural diagrid, a diagonal grid of steel.

Yas Viceroy Abu Dhabi Hotel is built across the F1 Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi. It is the first new hotel in the world to be built over an F1 race circuit. The Hotel, designed by Hani Rashid and Lise Anne Couture, principals of New York based Asymptote Architecture, consists of two twelve story hotel towers, one set within the race circuit and another placed in the Marina itself

Dubai Festival City is a large residential, business and entertainment development in the city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Touted as a “city-within-a-city”, Dubai Festival City is the Middle East’s largest mixed-use development. The project spans 3.8 kilometres (2.4 mi) of water frontage on the eastern bank of Dubai Creek and is 2 kilometers from Dubai International Airport

The Emirates Palace is a luxury hotel located in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) city of Abu Dhabi. The building was designed by renowned architect, John Elliott RIBA, who was Senior Vice President at Wimberly, Allison, Tong and Goo, an international firm specialising in Luxury Hotels. It opened in November 2005 but certain restaurants and spas did not open until 2006.

Hatta is about 100 km south east of Dubai city, very near the Oman border. The Hatta dam built in 1989 controls the flow of water from the mountains to the village below. Some of the water also seeps through and replenishes the subterranean water table. A drive to Hatta gains you a scenic visit in an otherwise arid country.
