This bridge connects the iconic Periyar Bus Stand to Ellis Nagar, apart from connecting the bus stand to the Arasaradi area of Madurai via the Western Entrance of the Madurai Railway Station. The first leg of the bridge connecting the bus stand and the West entrance of the railway station was opened in May 2008 while the 2nd leg connecting the bus stand and Ellis Nagar was opened in late 2009.

The college was started with two pre-university courses in a temporary building. The Tamilnadu Government generously allotted 40 acres of land under Tiruppalai Panchayat limits in the year 1969. Mariamman Theppakulam, Madurai is located at about five kms east of the most famous Temple of the city, the Meenakshi Temple. An enormous water tank, it has its source in the river of Vaigai. Ripon Building is the seat of the Chennai Corporation in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This is a fine example of Indo-Saracenic style of architecture, a combination of three types of architectural styles – Gothic, Ionic and Corinthian. The Ripon Building is white in colour and is located near the Central station in Chennai. Commissioned in 1913, it was built by Loganatha Mudaliar.

The Koviloor temple of “Sri Kotravaleeswarar” was initially built by one Pandiya King “Veerasekara Pandiyan” approximately thousand years ago. At that time Koviloor was known as Saliwadi and Kalani Vasal. It had been a laterite construction. Later during the 18th century, His Holiness Shri la Sri Mukthiramalinga Gnana Desika Swamigal had started reconstruction work.

Mathur Aqueduct or Mathur Hanging Trough, is an Aqueduct in Southern India, in Kanyakumari District of Tamilnadu state. Built over the Pahrali River (also called Parazhiyar), it takes its name from Mathur, a hamlet near the Aqueduct, which is at a distance of about 3 kilometres from Thiruvattar town and about 60 km from Kanyakumari, the southernmost town of India.
