Albion is located along the North West coast of Mauritius, and is well known for its lighthouse in Pointe aux Caves. The road from the village of Petite Rivière to the lighthouse is lined with sugar cane fields, and when they are in bloom, one imagines oneself in a wheatfield. In the area around the village of Camp Créole, a road sign shows you the way to “Belle Vue, Phare.”

Stanley Park is an urban park bordering downtown Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. It was opened in 1888 by David Oppenheimer in the name of Lord Stanley of Preston, the Governor-General of Canada. It is more than 10% larger than New York City’s Central Park and almost half the size of London’s Richmond Park. The park attracts an estimated eight million visitors every year

The Niels Esperson building is the only complete example of Italian Renaissance architecture in Downtown Houston. Designed by John Eberson, the Esperson buildings were built in 1927 and 1941, respectively. They are elaborately detailed with massive columns, great urns, terraces, and a grand tempietto at the top, similar to one built in the courtyard of San Pietro in Rome in 1502

The Gerald D. Hines Waterwall Park, also known as the Williams Waterwall, is a multi-story sculptural fountain which sits at the south end of Williams Tower in the Uptown District of Houston. It and its surrounding park were built as an architectural amenity to the adjacent tower. Both the fountain and tower were designed by award winning architect Philip Johnson.

The famous tombs of the seven Qutub Shahi rulers in the Ibrahim Bagh are located about a kilometre north of the outer perimeter wall of the famous Golkonda Fort. The galleries of the smaller tombs are of a single storey while the larger ones are two storied. In the centre of each tomb is a sarcophagus which overlies the actual burial vault in a crypt below.

The Periyar Wildlife sanctuary is spread across 300 sq. miles, of which 139 sq. miles is thick evergreen forest. The Wild Life Sanctuary was declared a Tiger Reserve in 1978. The splendid artificial lake formed by the Mullaiperiyar Dam across the Periyar River adds to the charm of the park. The greatest attraction of Periyar are the herds of wild elephants.
