West Kowloon Waterfront Promenade is a promenade along Victoria Harbour on the reclamation of west of Kwun Chung in Kowloon of Hong Kong. It was open to public on 17 September 2005. As the project West Kowloon Cultural District remains stagnant after long debate, Hong Kong Government constructed a promenade on an unused reclamation. The promenade is decorated with pillars of wind chimes

It is the eastern node of several tourist attractions along the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront.
