The ruins of the Apollo Temple are located near to the harbour of Side, which is located in the province of Antalya, Turkey. The temple ruins are dedicated to Apollo, god of light, art and beauty. It was built during the Roman Civilization and looks over the ancient port. The temple of Apollo is also surrounded by other important ruins that date back to 7th century B.C. Side was one of the main cities of the ancient region known as Pamphylia that later became Antalya.
