   The school where Phunsuk Wangdu [Amir Khan] teaches towards the end of the movie is the “Druk Padma Karpo Institute” in Leh.

   The mechanical workshop where Aamir Khan is asked the question “electric motor kaise chalti hai?” to which he answers “wroo..wrooo.. wrooom” has been shot in Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay
