This is one of the first locations we added to our database but has taken so long for us to post it. The Chandralekha song from Thiruda Thiruda caught everyone’s attention for the location as much as it did for the phenomenal music & vocals. When everyone was wondering where in the world did Mani Ratnam select that location from, the answer came that it was actually in the heart of Chennai – the government museum complex. The museum complex also houses the museum theater (picture below) which is where the scenes from Mouna Raagam were shot. We are sure that this location should have been used in other movies as well. If you know of any such movie scene/ song sequence, do let us know.
